Kyle Epstein serves as a Director for the Board of Directors of Four Winds Ventures, LLC. He has more than 20 years of combined experience in banking, tribal finance, and tribal economic development industries.

Mr. Epstein is also a Partner at FSA Advisory Group out of Seattle, Washington, working with more than 50 tribal nations to support economic project development.

Prior to his current role, Mr. Epstein spent more than 15 years in tribal banking, helping raise more than $20 billion in capital for tribal gaming projects with Key Bank’s and Columbia Bank’s respective Native American Financial Services teams.

Mr. Epstein has served on numerous boards including the University of Washington’s Tribal Gaming and Hospitality Management program. He was also recently recognized as a 40 under 40 honoree by the Puget Sound Business Journal in 2025 for his community impacts to Indian Country in the Pacific Northwest.
