Ronald Sorce serves as a Director for the Board of Directors of Four Winds Ventures, LLC. He has more than 35 years of combined experience in the corporate travel and casino industries.

Mr. Sorce is also Director of Sales and Catering for the Pokagon Band of Potawatomi’s Four Winds Casino in New Buffalo, Michigan. He is also a citizen of the Pokagon Band of Potawatomi Indians of Michigan and Indiana.

Mr. Sorce joined Four Winds Casinos in 2020 following more than three decades working in the travel management industry. His tenure at Four Winds Casinos spans diverse roles including Casino Guest Specialist, Sportsbook and iGaming Operations Manager, and Director of Sales and Catering.

Mr. Sorce has served on numerous boards including tenure as the former Chairman of the Pokagon Band Ethics Board. He also serves on the Southwest Michigan Regional Chamber and is the current Treasurer for Mno-Bmadsen, one of two non-gaming investment enterprises for the Pokagon Band of Potawatomi of Michigan and Indiana.
